Core concepts
| Concept | Meaning |

| Organization (Org) | Your company workspace. All data is scoped per org. |
| Customer | A person. The primary subject in the CRM. Has one or more contacts (email, LinkedIn URL, phone…). |
| Contact | A specific communication channel for a customer. NOT a person. |
| Company | The legal entity / employer a customer belongs to. |
| Segment | A group of customers — static (manually added) or dynamic (rule-based). |
| Campaign | An automation flow targeting a segment or specific customer list. |
| Workflow / Node | The building blocks inside a campaign. Each node is a step (send email, wait, add tag…). |
| Inbox | Where you read conversations, reply manually, and supervise the autoreply bot. |
| Credential | Connection info for external services (SMTP, LinkedIn cookie, Telegram token, LLM API key). |
Customer ≠ Contact. A customer is a person. A contact is a channel. One customer can have 3 contacts: a work email, a personal email, and a LinkedIn profile. Throughout this manual we use “customer” for the person and “contact” for the channel.
