Click + New conversation

Inbox header → +. Modal opens.

Pick a recipient

Combobox: type a name / email / linkedin URL → autocomplete from your CRM. If the customer doesn’t exist yet → choose “Create new customer” to add them inline.

Pick a channel + credential

  • Channel — email / linkedin / telegram.
  • Credential — picker filters by channel + status=active.

Compose the message

Subject (email only) + body. Plain text / markdown depending on channel.

Send

On send → the conversation appears in the inbox under that channel.

When NOT to use this

Sending to many people

Use a Campaign instead — audience scoping, retry, analytics.

Need automated follow-up

Use the campaign builder — Wait + Send chain.
