Enrolled

Customer matches the audience + a trigger fired.

Sent

Message sent successfully.

Delivered

SMTP confirms delivery (supported channels only).

Opened

Email: pixel ping. Other channels: read receipt where available.

Clicked

Clicked a tracked link.

Replied

Inbound matches the thread.

Handoff (MQL)

Exit — Handoff fires, run status success.
Each step shows:
  • Absolute count — number of customers
  • Conversion % — vs the previous step
  • Cumulative % — vs enrolled

Per-node stats

Each node in the builder shows a live overlay badge when viewed in the Analytics tab — message counts sent / opened / clicked / replied for that node.
Auto-computed A/B significance (chi-square / p-value), per-node drawer with Errors / In-flight tabs, filters by branch / product / segment, scope intersection, rolled-event vs raw-event for >90d ranges, CSV export of raw events, side-by-side campaign comparison — coming soon.
