The company table

Columns: name, domain, industry, size, customer count, open deal count, created date.

Add a company

+ Add company modal:
  • Name (required)
  • Domain (e.g. acme.com) — used to auto-match customers
  • Industry, size, location (optional)
  • Custom fields (per org)

Search

Search by name or domain.

Merge

Found a duplicate → open the drawer → ”…” menu → “Merge into…”. Customers and deals roll up to the surviving company.

Company drawer

  • Overview: name, domain, industry, size, address.
  • People: customers belonging to this company. Click a name to open the customer drawer.
  • Deals: open and closed deals on the company.
  • Notes: internal notes.
When you create a new customer with an @acme.com email, the system suggests linking them to the company whose domain is acme.com.
