Left panel → click a row.

Compose your message

Composer at the bottom. Supports plain text (HTML/markdown depending on channel).

Send

Press Cmd/Ctrl + Enter or click the Send button.
The composer always follows the current thread’s channel. On a LinkedIn thread → it only sends LinkedIn messages. To switch channel, start a new conversation.

Activity bubbles

Besides messages, the timeline shows activity bubbles (mail opens, clicks, tag changes, segment in/out, bot replies, task creation…). Toggle visibility via the button on the conversation header.

Contact-config drawer

Click the ⚙ icon on the right-side contact card → a per-customer config drawer opens:

Autoreply toggle

Turn the bot on/off for this customer.
The backend field isn’t wired yet — the toggle defaults to off.

Short note

Internal note about the customer (≤ 500 chars). Saved directly into customer.note.

Tags

Add / remove tags on the customer (local drawer state).
Thread snooze / close / reopen, drafts (save / discard), schedule send, send-as picker, @user mentions — coming soon.
The search box on top of the left panel — search by message body or customer name / email.
